William Donald Harrison

Lebanon, VA – William Donald Harrison, age 77, passed away March 16, 2022. Born February 15, 1945. He was the son of the late Willie and Opal Harrison. He was of the Christian faith. He loved to fish, garden and spend time with his family and friends. He spent many years working in furniture factories in North Carolina and had worked road construction for R.S. Jones of Abingdon.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his baby sister: Wanda Faye Harrison; brother: Charles Harrison and step-son: Wayne Huffman.

He is survived by his wife: Naomi Williams Harrison; daughter: Tamara Buckley and husband David; sisters: Elieen Myers, Theresa Lackey and husband David; brothers: Roger Harrison and wife Janice, Bobby Harrison and wife Joan and Jasper Harrison; step-grandchildren: Kevin Huffman, James Huffman, Justin Huffman, Austin Buckley, Amber Buckley and Alyssa Huffman; several great-grandchildren; a special niece: Lacey Harrison; along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Ken Morrison officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be held immediately after the service in Williams Family Cemetery, Stone Bruise Road, Lebanon, VA.

Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
