He was preceded by his parents: Walter and Vernie O’Quinn; one sister: Velve Lambert; brothers: Aubrey O’Quinn and Ola O’Quinn, Earl O’Quinn and Buster O’Quinn; one sister-in-law: Lola O’Quinn; three nephews: Randall O’Quinn, Denny Lambert and Kyle Lambert; one niece: Wanda Sue O’Quinn; and one brother-in-law: Andrew Lambert.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-nine years: Lucy O’Quinn; two sons: Michael O’Quinn and wife Lindsey O’Quinn, and Scotty O’Quinn; grandchild: Corbin O’Quinn; brothers: Emory O’Quinn, Eddie O’Quinn and wife Judy O’Quinn; sisters-in-law: Sue Ball, Eddie Mae Rasnake and husband Eugene, Sue Keene, Fern Keene, Iona O’Quinn, Helen O’Quinn, Jean O’Quinn; and several nieces and nephews.
The family wants to send special thanks to the Divine Home Care and Legacy Hospice Care.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Roy Lee Wilson, Rev. Edward Tiller and Rev. Bill Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service in Ketron Memorial Gardens. The service will be livestreamed on our Combs-Hess Funeral Service Facebook page 2:00 p.m.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg O’Quinn, Danny O’Quinn, Jeff O’Quinn, Keith O’Quinn, Darian O’Quinn, Jeff O’Quinn, Ernie Ball and Corey Lowe.
Honorary pallbearers will be B.J. Keene, James Allen Ball, Mike Ray, Greg Taylor, Eugene Rasnake, Greg Cook, Wendall Turner, Don Owens and Gary Dunford.
