Lebanon, VA – Myrtle Harman Snead, 96, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 in Russell County Hospital. Born on October 22, 1926, she was a dedicated and faithful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and mentor to many. Myrtle was born and raised alongside her siblings on their family farm on Little River, Honaker, Virginia. She worked as a poll worker, loved spending time with family and friends, playing with her great grand-dog Dexter, playing piano and listening to country music. She was an avid reader, a wonderful cook and worked a mean crossword puzzle. Everyone looked forward to her sunny disposition and terrific sense of humor.
