Linda had a heart of gold, always willing to help anyone that needed anything. She derived such pleasure in doing for others. She never met a stranger, loved interacting with other people. She was active in her church, volunteering for the outreach program for the homeless. She shopped for food and clothes and distributed them to the needy. She also assisted with Christmas Mother through her Sunday School Class for several years. Linda was very creative, painting, crocheting Christmas ornaments and she was famous for her Christmas wreaths, with her beautifully hand tied bows. Her favorite holiday was Christmas and we would not be able to count the number of Christmas wreaths she has made for friends and family. Words cannot capture the love she brought into this world and the depth that she will be missed. Her spirit lives on in all of us and in all the lives she touched along the way.
In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by a great granddaughter, Berkley Baker. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Sherman Litton, son, Curtis Litton (Krista), daughter Marsha Baker (Colin) three precious grandchildren, Alexa Litton, Jack Litton and Sabella Baker. Also surviving is one sister, Joyce Boyd, two brothers, Harold (Jean) and Bernie M.J (Shelagh) and two nieces and two nephews.
