Judy Carolyn O'Quinn

Lebanon, VA – Judy Carolyn O’Quinn, age 72, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Born June 25, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Calvin and Ohlene Smith. She was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed working outside in her yard and with her flowers. She retired from Strongwell in Bristol, VA after thirty years of service.

She is survived by her husband of forty-eight years: Eddie O’Quinn; sisters: Peggy Fleenor and husband Rick, Frances Willis and husband Jimmy; brothers: Don Smith and wife Judy, David Smith and wife Eileen; along with several nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to all who loved and cared for Judy.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2023 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Jeff Tiller officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. A committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 in the Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.  Anyone wishing to attend is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45 a.m.

Honorary pallbearers will be Greg O’Quinn, Danny O’Quinn, Jeff O’Quinn, Jimmy Willis, Devan France, and Terry Keene.
