Belinda Sue Combs

Bristol, VA – Belinda Sue Combs, age 57, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2023. She was born in Richlands, Virginia on July 7, 1965. She was a 1983 Honaker High School graduate and earned her BSN from King University. She worked at Bristol Regional Medical Center Emergency Department and also with her mom at Rhonda’s Hair Design where she was dearly loved.

Survivors include her husband: Jarrod Cox; parents: Rhonda Price and husband Chester, John Combs and wife Janet and her son Doug Perkins and wife Rhonda; daughter: Kristian Zendejas and John Rutter; son: Eric Honaker and Yvette Lerma; sister: Kim Watson and husband Bill; step-sister: Jessica Price Allen and husband Shane and son Colton; grandchildren: Anah Fuller and Shaun Marquez; niece: Chelsie Donnellan and husband Chris; nephews: Peyton Watson, Matt Hurd and girlfriend Madison Mullins; cousins: Brett Whitt and Andy Clifton; other family members: Lynda Cox (mother-in-law) , Bailee Cox, Lucas Cox; great-niece: Charlotte Donnellan; special friends: Jessica Parrott Antonio and Miranda Snead Yates (other daughter). She is also survived by her beloved dogs: Hokie, Mamagirl, Little Sissy, Little Britches, GiGi and Tater Tot (T.T.).

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2023 in the Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Everyone is asked to meet at the funeral home by 12:30 p.m. to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023 in the Combs-Hess Funeral Service Chapel.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Watson, Brett Whitt, Andy Clifton, Chuck Hall, Alex Ray, Joe Yates, and Trevor Cox.
